Meet Anthony Redd
Anthony Redd is a nationally respected youth sports scout and player development coach with more than 15 years of experience identifying and developing basketball talent. His work sits at the intersection of player development and parent education, helping families understand what it truly takes for a student-athlete to reach the next level.
"Coach Redd" has developed systems designed to close the gap between competition and true recruiting visibility. His work focuses on helping parents understand the difference between simply playing the game and developing the traits that make athletes recruitable at the college level.
His mission is to bridge the learning gaps for parents in the athletic recruiting process, bringing clarity to a system that has long been confusing for families.
Coach Redd’s work with YBOA is to impact the youth sports ecosystem by helping families answer two critical questions:

2. Or are they on the path to becoming recruitable?
