FREE YBOA Membership includes up to 20 players (15 active) and Head Coach.

Teams may add up to 3 Assistant Coaches to their roster for $25.00 each.

Teams may add up to 20 players to their roster. A maximum of 15 players may be active during a tournament.

EVENTS:

YBOA local, state and Super National Qualifier events are owned and operated by YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, or Event Hosts who are independent contractors to YBOA, INC.

PARTICIPATION CONDUCT:

The Head Coach of each team is responsible for the conduct of coaches, players, parents, and team guests and agree that our team/organization will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by event staff, officials, facility management and local laws.

Teams must abide by the Rules & Regulations, Standards of Conduct and policies set forth by YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, Event Hosts as well as YBOA Inc. they are subject to dismissal from the event without reimbursement or recourse.

INSURANCE:

Accidents may happen, so it is important to review parents' Family Insurance policies and your Team Insurance policy before entering a YBOA event to ensure players are properly covered and parents understand the necessary steps if an accident occurs.

YBOA, Inc., YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Event Hosts, and YBOA Affiliates recommend that all teams purchase Team Insurance so that players have proper accident coverage while competing in any YBOA basketball event. Each Team Insurance policy or Family Insurance policy will be the only course of action for insurance claims at any YBOA event.

YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Event Hosts, and YBOA Affiliates are responsible for providing the required insurance to host their events.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, or Event Hosts are responsible for all disputes, including event cancellations and refunds.

All teams are eligible to participate in a YBOA Super National Qualifier. There are no pre-qualifying requirements.
