FREE YBOA Membership includes up to 20 players (15 active) and Head Coach.

Teams may add up to 3 Assistant Coaches to their roster for $25.00 each.

Teams may add up to 20 players to their roster. A maximum of 15 players may be active during a tournament.

Events:

YBOA local, state and Super National Qualifier events are owned and operated by YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, or Event Hosts who are independent contractors to YBOA, INC.

Participant Conduct:

The Head Coach of each team is responsible for the conduct of coaches, players, parents, and team guests and agree that our team/organization will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by event staff, officials, facility management and local laws.

Teams must abide by the Rules & Regulations, Standards of Conduct and policies set forth by YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, Event Hosts as well as YBOA Inc. they are subject to dismissal from the event without reimbursement or recourse.

Insurance:

YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, or Event Hosts are required to provide facility insurance coverage for their events and are the only contact for any accidents or insurance claims.

YBOA, INC., YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, and YBOA Affiliates recommend that teams acquire player/team insurance coverage when participating in basketball events.

Cancelations & Refunds:

YBOA State Directors, YBOA District Directors, YBOA Affiliates, or Event Hosts are responsible for any and all disputes, including event cancelations and refunds.

All teams are eligible to participate in a YBOA Super National Qualifier. There are no pre-qualifying requirements.
